We chose organic because it keeps the good stuff in and the bad stuff out; protects and satisfies our pets and helps look after the environment and wildlife at the same time.
But don't just take our word for it; here's what those excellent people at the soil association have to say:
To put it simply, 'organic food contains more of the good stuff - like vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - and less of the bad stuff - pesticides, additives and drugs. Animals fed organically produced feed are healthier in terms of growth, reproductive health and recovery from illness than those fed on non-organic feed, even over successive generations.' - Soil Association
The UK government has said that it is better for wildlife, causes lower pollution from sprays, produces less carbon dioxide - the main global warming gas - and less dangerous wastes. - Soil Association
