1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoters reserve the right to store electronically any pictures sent in by yourself and to use the images free of charge in any of its online and print publications and on Pero Packaging. We will always credit you as the photographer. Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs except the outright winning entry, which must not subsequently be used or entered to any other Pet Food companys competition or appear on any other pet food companys website, literature or packaging.

3. The competition is open to UK residents and only. Employees of Pero (Foods) Ltd and their families are prohibited from entering.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, their pets name and age, a  current and valid email address, a photo of their pet or pets

5. Photos must be the property of the Entrant and must be of reasonable quality. (This is important, you cannot submit a photo of your pet that has been taken by a professional photographer. If the photo was taken by anybody else but yourself you must have their permission to use it as an entry.

6. You may enter as many times as you wish - no purchase necessary.

7. The competition commences at 12.01am on Wednesday 5th August 2009 and will finish at 11.59pm on Friday 30th October 2009

8. The winner will be selected by a panel at Pero Petfoods during November 2009

9. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner within fourteen days of selection will result in the prize being forfeited.

10. The winners consent to their name and photo being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

11. The prize is to have your entry used on a line of Pero Dog Food & One years* supply of Dog Food (*maximum 12 x 15kg bags over a 12 month period)

12. The panels' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

14. The prize will only be delivered to UK mainland addresses and the winner should allow 28 days from announced result for delivery.

15. Entries must be submitted via the email address specified or by post during the competition period.. The Promoters are not responsible for entries sent by email or post or late, lost or misdirected entries.

16. Photo's cannot be returned.

17. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
